Is there a minimum to the rentals?

No, there is currently no minimum rental order. However, a delivery and pickup fee starting at $150 is applied depending on location, items rented, and pickup time.

Can I pick up the items rented?

Yes, pickup is available from our location in Rahway, New Jersey. Contact us if you have a specific request.

How long can you have the rentals for?

Rentals are typically for 24 hours, but exceptions can be made based on your needs.

If an item is broken?

If an item is broken, irreparable, damaged, or lost, we charge twice the rental cost to replace it. Clients will be notified of any damages or missing items before charging the card on file.

What is your payment policy?

A 50% deposit is required to reserve items. The balance is due 2 weeks before the event. Last-minute add-ons must be paid before the event. Payments are non-refundable, and a credit card must remain on file for broken or missing items.

If it is not in the inventory, can I get it for you?

Yes! With enough notice, we can search for the items you need. Pricing depends on the items requested and helps us grow our inventory.
